Tonight a tasty trio of bruschetta !
I prepared three different sauces that put on slices of bread left over from yesterday and toasted in the microwave ...
1) Zucchini and bacon In a small saucepan to warm up I put a little olive oil with a pinch of dried chives.
I cut into 8 sections two medium zucchini slices and then I added them to the pan, adding a ladle of water and a little pinch of salt.
I cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes and a couple of minutes after I added three slices of bacon chopped into small pieces.
'll put the dressing on toasted bread without drain too much from the cooking sauce.
2) red pepper, black olives and fresh bacon
In a small saucepan to warm up I put a little olive oil with a pinch of dried chives.
I cut the pepper into slices 6mm thick cubes and then I put it in the pot with a pinch of salt.
I diced bacon and sweet when the pepper was almost cooked (after about 15-20 minutes), I also added in the casserole combining stoned black olives cut in half.
will put the sauce on bruschetta by spraying lightly with cooking the sauce of peppers.
3) Cream of mushroom, sausage and mozzarella
In a small saucepan to warm up I put a little olive oil with two tablespoons of water and added 2 tablespoons of prepared cream of mushroom (one in packets Knorr's for instance).
and when I mixed the cream began to boil, I added two more tablespoons of water and a shredded pork sausage.
I cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring almost constantly then I left cool.
'll put the cream with toasted bread and sausage on top of the diced mozzarella to melt by the heat of the sauce.
I dedicate this recipe to my amoruccio that in this period does not like meat very much and my friend Nicholas, vegetarian hesitant: D
