Rotolo di frittata farcita
Ingredienti:
4 uova
2 cucchiai di latte
2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato
2 spolverate di prezzemolo essiccato
2 spolverate di erbe aromatiche miste essiccate
50 grammi di prosciutto cotto in due fette
3 sottilette
olio da frittura
sale

In un piatto rompete le uova, salatele e sbattetele per alcuni minuti.
Aggiungete poi gli aromi ed il formaggio grattugiato e mescolate.
Aggiungete infine il latte e mescolate ancora.
Fry in hot oil gilding on both sides.
