Ricetta per Brioches



How to prepare the soft buns that children (and others) to eat every day. The pastries that use ice cream.




Ingredients for 4:



5oo grams of flour 25 cl of milk 35 gr yeast

120 g butter 2 eggs 60 g sugar a pinch of salt
  • rind of half a lemon
  • egg yolk
  • butter Preparation:
  • First put the flour (keeping some aside), do yourself a hole in the middle (in the form of the volcano) ee crumble in the yeast and pour the warm milk, knead the dough to mix and let rest 10-15 minutes, or until cracks are formed on the surface.
  • Now melt the butter in a saucepan, mix it with sugar, two eggs and grated lemon rind and add all the dough mixture.
