10 sheets of gelatin 1 egg yolk

- First you must prepare the vegetable broth, nuts will be fine and flavored with vinegar, sugar and white wine.

Then you slowly melt the sheets of gelatin in the broth, just plug and remove from heat and let stand in refrigerator for 10 minutes at moderate temperature. As soon as the mixture begins to cool place it on a well-oiled dish and place back in refrigerator. - then you are going to prepare the cheese, mixing it together with a little olive oil and parmesan.
- Lay the slices of salami and stuff with the "cream" of freshly made ricotta and then close them with wooden toothpicks. Finally, put the rolls in the bed of gelatin and garnished with mustard or mayonnaise and decorate with some parsley and here.
